Our
lodges provide most of the comforts to make your stay an "home
away home" experience. While our hunting camps are a
little rustic, to provide outdoorsmen with wilderness type
lodging, they are well maintained and inspected annually by
the Newfoundland and Labrador Dept. of Tourism.
We
provide separate quarters for our guest and guides. The guest
bedrooms has two single beds in each room. Our lodges are
also supplied with a full time cook who prepares a hearty
breakfast each morning and hot homestyle meals each evening.
All
three of our hunting lodges are constructed of wooden logs
(26x40) and are located in some of Newfoundland's finest hunting
areas, yielding large antlers each year. Many boone and crockett,
pope and young, and safari trophy species has been taken at
all of our hunting lodges.
Our
sportfishing lodge, Brians Pond, is located near Portland
Creek and provides all of the modern conveniences such as
dining and sitting area, two bathrooms, showers, and electricity.
Our cook will provide hearty breakfast and homestyle meals
each day. We provide pillows and washroom facilities, such
as towels, shampoo, soap, etc. but fishermen should bring
their own sleeping bags and personal items.
