TROPHY BLACK BEAR AND CARIBOU HUNTING
THE
MEALS/COOKS:
We
have a journeyman cook, with a marine cooking back ground
and ships cook papers. We have a full time cook on site
at all times. You will enjoy the lumber jack breakfast to
start off the day right. Lunch will be packed to take in
the field. 
Your
hunting guide will light
a fire and you can have a good old fashion mug up, and tell
a few stories. Dinner each evening will be a culinary delight,
starting with a traditional soup, salad and a main course
that will include many varieties of Newfoundland food. This
will be topped off by a home made dessert.
